What is Draft ERP?
Draft ERP is a Saudi business management system covering accounting, sales, inventory, purchasing, HR, point of sale, and CRM, plus dedicated systems for transport companies (Trail), auto service centers (Wrush), and salons. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, and it has a mobile app.
Is Draft ERP approved by ZATCA?
Yes. Draft is approved by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and connected to the Fatoora platform. Every invoice carries a QR code automatically, and the VAT return is ready to file.
How much does it cost?
Basic is SAR 990 per year, Basic + Point of Sale is SAR 1,580 per year, and Comprehensive is SAR 2,490 per year. Prices include VAT for the first year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try the full system for 14 days without a credit card.
Can I add users or branches?
Yes. An extra user is SAR 20 per month and an extra branch is SAR 100 per month, including VAT for the first year.
